The final instalment is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the tour.
(Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure date must be paid in full)

Customer Declarations
I confirm that I have read and accepted on behalf of all persons named on this form: -

1. The standard Terms & Conditions of Bonne Route Limited and any special conditions applicable to the holiday I have chosen, which forms part of the contract between Bonne Route Limited and me, and that I am duly authorised to make this agreement.
2. I agree that Bonne Route Limited can convey to their business associates any personal information about me or other persons named on this form deemed reasonably necessary to enable their associates to provide appropriate service.
3. I understand the importance of insurance and undertake that I and each member of my party will make our own arrangements for insurance.
4. I confirm, accept and understand that Bonne Route Limited accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of any car or vehicle used during this adventure. I also confirm that each member of my party will abide to the traffic laws and regulations applicable to each country, and understand Bonne Route Limited accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in respect of any traffic infringement caused by any client whilst on holiday.
5. All persons named on this form are over the age of 18 years.
6. I understand that the rooms in the hotels are not identical, and accept that Bonne Route Limited shall, unless otherwise agreed, allocate these rooms strictly on a basis of ‘first come – first served’, i.e. in the order of booking, and shall show no favouritism to any member of this holiday.
7. I confirm that I and all persons named on this booking form are in possession of full
valid passports, and are aware of all health and visa regulations in respect of the holiday we have chosen.
8. Submission of this form is deemed to be in lieu of my signature.
